Just like many others on the team Colton, you are lacking a solid load. I really like how during your leg kick your hands and knee are working together, that is called “Matching” and you are doing a pretty good job of it.  The problem lies when your hands and leg start working apart from each other.  I would like to see your hands working higher as your front leg is going towards the ground.  The bigger your load, hands working up” the more your hips will open as your shoulder stays closed.  This concept is called separation.  Separation allows for many things to occur, you are able to adjust to pitches better, you will be able to drive the ball to all fields more efficiently and it will create a more powerful swing. I'm a paragraph.I don’t want you to think about loading with your hands I want you to think about loading with your rear shoulder.  Watch the load occurs in the swings below.
